Instructions
Step 1
Start by boiling a large pot of salted water and starting the 1 box(es) Penne Noodles while continuing with the next steps. Cook as long as the box says.
Step 2
Heat the 2 tablespoon(s) canola oil in the dutch oven, add the 3 tablespoon(s) minced garlic and let it simmer for 1 minute
Step 3
Season the 3 large chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to garlic and oil. Cook until chicken is browned.
Step 4
Mix in the 2 cup(s) heavy whipping cream, 1 1/2 cup(s) grated parmesan, and 1 container Rao's Homemade Pesto and cook down for 5 to 8 minutes on medium heat. Stir frequently so it doesn't burn.
Step 5
Drain the cooked noodles and add to the sauce. Mix well.
Step 6
Garnish with 10 ounce(s) cherry tomatoes cut into quarters and serve.
