Instructions

Step 1

Cream the 1 1/2 sticks butter and 1 cup(s) brown sugar in the mixer until fully combined.

Step 2

Add in the 1 large egg and 1/4 cup(s) molasses and mix until it is fluffy.

Step 3

Add in the 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda, 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg, 1 teaspoon(s) ground ginger, and 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon. Then incorporate the 2 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour about 1 cup at a time.

Step 4

Put the dough in the fridge for 90 - 120 minutes.

Step 5

Remove from the fridge and roll out small dough balls. Roll the dough balls in powdered sugar until covered completely.

Step 6

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
