Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Butterfly and pat dry 4 large boneless chicken breasts .
Step 3
Season both sides of chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Using a spoon or brush, spread half of the 6 tablespoon(s) Sour cream on ONE SIDE of the chicken breasts.
Step 5
Season the side of the chicken that has sour cream with half of the 3 tablespoon(s) Kinders caramelized onion butter seasoning and 3 tablespoon(s) Kinders The Blend seasoning.
Step 6
In a bowl add the 16 ounce(s) Panko breadcrumbs .
Step 7
Add seasoned side of chicken to bread crumbs and press down, then add the sour cream and seasoning to the side facing up and flip the chicken so that the newly seasoned side is facing down in the breadcrumbs. Once both sides have been in the breadcrumbs, add to pan and repeat with the remaining chicken.
Step 8
Place chicken on a pan and put in the over for 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees. Note: for best results use a meat thermometer. Chicken should be 165 degrees or should be at 155 degrees for at least 50 seconds if you prefer chicken that is not dry.
Step 9
Put your chicken on your favorite type of bun and enjoy with some fries or tater tots!
