Shakshuka

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat the 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil in the Dutch oven on medium heat. Cook the 1 large onion and 12 ounce(s) roasted red bell pepper strips (canned) for about 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Add 3 clove(s) garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the 1 teaspoon(s) cumin, 1 teaspoon(s) paprika, and 1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper.
Step 3
Pour in the 1 can(s) whole plum tomatoes (28 ounce) and 1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt. Also add 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes to thicken up and then add the 6 ounce(s) crumbled feta cheese.
Step 4
Crack 6 large eggs spread evenly in the pan in a circle. Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes. The eggs should be set, but runny.
