Instructions

Step 1

Start boiling a pot of salted water for the noodles. Cook the noodles according to the package.

Step 2

Chop the asparagus into bite-sized pieces removing the woody ends and steam with steamer bags or in a steamer basket

Step 3

Pull and shred the rotesserie chicken

Step 4

While noodles are cooking, combine the vodka sauce, chicken, and steamed asparagus into skillet or dutch oven on medium high heat. Reduce to medium when it starts to bubble.

1 box penne noodles

Bundle of asparagus

Shredded mozarella

Rotesserie chicken
