
White Chili is Real Chili
This is a delicious chili, one might even say more delicious than Jon's, but I digress. This is a delicious WHITE CHILI that is slow-cooked in a crock pot. The mouthwatering aroma you will encounter will have you foaming at the mouth for a taste.

Instructions
Step 1
Dice Chili pepper if using fresh. Dice onion. Dice 2 clove(s) Minced Garlic if using fresh. Mix 1/2 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper, 1 teaspoon(s) Salt, 1 teaspoon(s) Cumin, 3/4 teaspoon(s) Oregano, 1/2 teaspoon(s) Chili Powder, 1/4 teaspoon(s) Cayenne Pepper together and set aside. Place 1 pound(s) Boneless Chicken Breast (Raw) on the bottom of the crock-pot. Sprinkle spice mixture on top. Add in garlic, 1 large Onion Diced, broth, drained and rinsed 2 can(s) Great Northern Beans (15 oz), 2 can(s) Diced Chiles (4oz), and 15 ounce(s) Fresh or Frozen whole kernel corn (that's right Jon CORN). Cook on high for 4 hours or cook on low for 8 hours. Add the 1/4 teaspoon(s) Cayenne Pepper and stir. Break/shred the chicken during this process.
Step 2
Leftovers (if you have any) freeze really well. You can also make ahead of time and freeze. Pull out of freezer let thaw. Reheat in microwave or in a pot on the stove.
Step 3
Toppings: Fresh cilantro, Cheese, Fritos, Avocado, Sour Cream and Lime.
